Initial Application Process
All organisations, including current affiliated partners of EdHat International, are required to complete the Curriculum Endorsed Programme (CEP) application form (new customer) from our website, to apply for this service. Apply here!
Before you apply
In order to offer Curriculum Endorsed Programmes (CEP) please ensure you have the necessary documentation. We may ask for evidence of these during our initial screening audit:
- Legal status of your establishment
- Credit Check
Initial Application
Once your application form has been received, we will acknowledge receipt by email within two working days. Your company details will be added to our system, and you will be invoiced for the application fee.
Your company will undergo an initial validation and credit check and we will email you with the outcome within five working days. If the credit check is successful, you will be notified that your initial screening has been approved and you will be sent the relevant credentials to login to our EdHat Curriculum endorsement tool.
Credit Check
EdHat International uses Credit Safe to perform credit checks on new customer applications which are not public sector organisations. This informs the decision of whether to offer credit or not. It also helps the prevention of fraud, money laundering and any other unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to request that a blended credit check be undertaken using these details. A blended check allows us to gain insight into the wider business interests, and records, of the people involved in the company, as well as the company’s data. This credit check against individuals may subsequently show an individual’s credit history. From this check and where appropriate, EdHat International may refuse credit and / or custom without further explanation.
