EdHat International reserves the right for printing and delivering the certificate to partner centres. This certification process has two main stages:
Recording final marks to generate consolidated transcript
This is considered as the first stage of the certification.
- The centre administration officer inputs module results into the EdHat student management system.
- Download the results as a pdf and send it to your centre appointed EdHat academic officer.
- The Academic officer will request samples, if necessary, for moderation.
- Partner will be notified, via email, once moderation is complete.
- The centre downloads, and verifies, the learners consolidated transcript.
Claiming Certification
After completion of all modules, certificates can be requested for learners via the EdHat student management portal.
- In your centre, when there is a fully completed learner, you will see a Claim Certificate link in the profile.
- After verification of personal, and academic details of the learner, Claim Certificate link . The request will then be actioned by the academic team.
- If everything is in order, the printed certificate will be sent to the centre within 10 working days
- Tracking details of the certificate can be sent to the partner to monitor the delivery process.
I: e. in some situation there could be delays due to the pandemic or courier service provider delays (Even though we are getting the service from DHL, we could update the partner with tracking details in order to keep you in the loop)
