Examination Features


01. Exams

  1. The examination details could be managed based on the institution/ organisation’s preferences.
  2. Each examination title holds a designated abbreviation title. The candidate has the authenticity to use this abbreviation as the qualification title, Each exam will be conducted up to a duration of 2 hours and based on your flexibility the examination portal.
  3. To indicate Exam misconducts we have different validation points.



02. Exam Booking

  1. Once the candidate ID, exam title, centre, date and time has been selected and submitted the candidate will receive the notification
  2. During the exam booking session, the list of available PCs in the chosen centre will be able listed for allocation. NOTE: Once a PC is allocated for particular exam duration, it cannot be re-assigned to another exam until the end of the exam duration + 15 minutes



03. Exam cancellation and postpone

This feature is for candidates if there is a need to reschedule the exam, but it will only permit to reschedule 24 hours before the allocated exam.



04. Live View

  1. Help monitor the entire PC while examination is in progress.
  2. Examination frauds will be notified.



05. Exam Monitor

Every action for a particular candidate will be monitored via the system (Live / after exam completion) The following can be monitored.

  1. The question will be displayed based on the learning outcome, the admin will be able to view the questions correctly and wrongly answered by the candidate along with the time.
  2. During offline period, the above mentioned details could be view as history. NOTE: The candidate and admin should be online.



06. Certificates

  1. This feature helps notify the candidates who have successfully completed the exam.
  2. The certificate could be printed according to the certificate template of the particular institute/organisation.
  3. Examination fraud of a particular candidate will be notified automatically if applicable.
  4. Based on the examination centres under the institution/organisation, a letter will be automatically generated with the candidate and certificate list for confirmation. This letter could be used to post to the specified examination branch.
  5. The candidate has the option to track the delivery date of the certificate from the posted date.
