Admin Side Feature

Throughout the world the demand for digital education is rapidly increasing and in turn it compels most of the institutions/ organisations to transform their exam setups from the traditional pen and paper to digital online exams. Most leading institutions/organisations worldwide are largely implementing online exams pertaining to all its benefits. Our Test Engine has a vision of providing the same facility to the institution/organisations in Sri Lanka and has launched an online examination panel.

Admin Side Feature

The institution portal provides the following features.


01. Online dashboard

All the transaction summary could be viewed on a graphical based user interface



02. System Users

The features given in the system user could be controlled by the admin portal. The admin portal is also given the facility to customise system user features depending on the user.



03. Enquiries

All enquires will be stored. If the candidate likes to proceed, the stored data could be retrieved and the candidate shall be easily registered.



04. Candidates

  1. Candidates can be registered using this feature. Candidate’s first name, last name and proof of ID are made mandatory in this registration process for personal details. Then the admin has to select the exam title. Once the admin has selected and approved all the exams from the candidate’s preference the total due amount will be sent to the candidate via e-mail & SMS.
  2. The registered candidate list could be viewed through filter.
  3. Total summary of the candidates could be viewed in figure format.
  4. The registered candidate list could be viewed in a tabular format. The table comprises the following features for each candidate : Enable/Disable, drop, portal access and exam booking.



05. E-mail Templates

Different types of templates with varied titles are available for e-mail correspondence. The body of the template could be edited based on the user’s requirement.



06. PC Management

  1. All the PCs in the examination centre should be registered to the portal using their MAC address.
  2. b. Help assign PCs to the candidates for examination.



07. Accounts

All payment related details could be viewed as reports and graphs with filtering options.



08. System Configuration:

The admin has the authority to manage all the required navigation menus.



09. Reports

All the transaction reports which includes candidate registration, payment, training centre, exam centre, candidate performances and etc.. shall be viewed in detailed format or as graphs.
